• Clean up of Spills resulting from your vehicles on your own premises, including loading and unloading and mechanical failure

The "Splash" General Liability policy includes pollution coverage for:

• Bodily injury, property damage and clean up of spills resulting from your operations and completed operations. "Splash" covers government mandated clean up under the General Liability policy.

The "Splash" automobile policy includes pollution coverage for:

• Bodily injury, property damage and clean up of spills resulting from accidents, including upset and overturn and resulting from your loading and unloading operations. "Splash" covers government mandated clean up under the Automobile policy.

The "Splash" Umbrella policy provides follow form pollution coverage:

• The coverages included in the "Splash" General Liability policy and the "Splash" Automobile policy are included in the "Splash" Umbrella policy.

THIS IS A LIST OF COVERAGES THAT ARE AVAILABLE IN THE SPLASH INSURANCE PROGRAM, AND NOT A REFLECTION OF YOUR CURRENT COVERAGE.  THE INCLUSION OF ANY COVERAGE FROM THIS LIST IS SUBJECT TO UNDERWRITING REVIEW AND APPROVAL.  THIS SHOULD BE USED AS A GUIDE TO REVIEW THE CURRENT LEVEL OF COVERAGE WITH THE INSURED OR TO ASSESS COMPETITORS COVERAGE.
