You are covered when:

• You cause product to spill on someone's property

• You cause a puff back

• The government mandates you clean up a spill

• You damage someone's property

• You make a wrongful delivery

• You fail to make an "automatic delivery"

• You sell a defective piece of equipment

• You cause bodily injury to another person

THIS IS A LIST OF COVERAGES THAT ARE AVAILABLE IN THE SPLASH INSURANCE PROGRAM, AND NOT A REFLECTION OF YOUR CURRENT COVERAGE.  THE INCLUSION OF ANY COVERAGE FROM THIS LIST IS SUBJECT TO UNDERWRITING REVIEW AND APPROVAL.  THIS SHOULD BE USED AS A GUIDE TO REVIEW THE CURRENT LEVEL OF COVERAGE WITH THE INSURED OR TO ASSESS COMPETITORS COVERAGE.
